چکیده
The purpose of this study is that comparing the effects aquatic training to land training, decrease fat mass. 24 male students from UPIT Physical Education and Sport Departament were subjects study. do not practice any performance sport except loisir or exercises during faculty hours. same trainings testing facilities methods have been used for each evaluation lesson. Each lasted 45-70 minutes, 3 days per week. To establish mass, we BIA (bioelectrical impedance analysis) principle. A significant difference 2.72 has registered (pre=18.2 post=15.47) between two groups with regards tissue established after water programs had ended.
